How Long Is The Warranty?
We are confident in our products and craftsmanship so we offer an 8 year warranty on all the lawns we fit. Please contact us for more details on what this covers.
How Long Will My New Artificial Lawn Last?
Our high quality synthetic lawns last up to 15 years without any excessive maintenance! Our synthetic grass incorporates the latest technologies to prolong its durability including UV stabilised fibres to protect it from sunlight damage and discolouration.
Where Can An Artificial Lawn Be Fitted?
Our team have extensive experience in fitting lawns to a variety of surfaces including all types of gardens, roof terraces, playgrounds, commercial spaces and interiors.
We know that each job is unique; therefore we endeavour to send one of our expert technicians to assess each job, without any obligation, in order to provide you with a more accurate valuation and derive practical and bespoke solutions for your project.
Are Artificial Lawns Suitable For Children And Pets?
Yes! Our range of lawns are luscious, soft and loved by children and pets. Children can safely play and dogs can roll around in your new lawn without your garden turning into a mud bath!
What Maintenance Is Required?
Soapy water and a stiff brush will do the job! A plastic rake is also ideal for dealing with leaves.
Can I BBQ On My New Lawn?
All of our products are fire resistant. However, it is preferable to place your BBQ on a patio or more fire proof surface.
Can A Manhole Be Covered By My Artificial Lawn?
Any manhole lid can be covered, our experts can accurately and seamlessly fit a piece of our artificial lawn on top of a manhole so that you would never know it was there!
How Long Does The Installation Process Take?
The timescale of each job will depend on the size and complexity of the project, the technician valuing your job will give you a more accurate idea of how long you should expect it to take. On average a lawn of 40m² can take up to 2 days.
Can You See The Joins In The Artificial Grass?
Our team are meticulous in carefully adjoining our artificial lawn to minimise the appearance of joins – they may initially be slightly noticeable but will become less visible over time.
